Content-First Editorial Work
Working with content in this environment follows the rule "Content-First Editorial Work".
Traditionally sites are created with the overall experience of the site as a base. That is design and content is equally important. Today, more and more visitors access the content through AI agents. The same content should preferable also be possible to use through different channels. Channels other than the web.

Addressing target groups
The content-first approach gives the editor less possibility to write for a specific target group. I lack of target group the writing should adress an average Jill or Joe person.
It is important to notice that persons consuming the information will more and more do so through an AI agent or a personalized view on an web page. This means that the content will be adopted to the target group automatically.
The selection of what articles to write should however be targeted the audience selected for this content group.
Addressing the web experience
When working based on the concept Content-First the web is just one of more channels. The content in an article or an event should because of this not refer to site specific things like menus, footer or design. It could how ever refer to other content. It is up to the web or a specific channel to display a refers in a valid way. In normal case a referens will be presented as a link.
Writing content could mean that things are described or clarified using an image or an video. Media like this will however possibly be presented differently in different channels. On the web it could be a box where the video is presented and in social media it could be represented by a link to the media.
Because of this, avoid describing how things will look. Rather describe what kind of media could be accessed.
